I had the same problem, I consulted a dentist and he recommended a tooth paste, there are many brands of toothpaste on the market made to help ease the pain of sensitive teeth.

Sensodoyne is a very effective solution and gives immediate results. Sthingy or fork contact can give chills down my spine. The doc advised me to reduce the brush time. Maybe I should give up doing weights !

I also have this problem few months ago. I have consulted my dentist and he recommended me toothpaste instead of my regular toothpaste. After few days I got good results. I think it is better to consult your dentist.

I’m suffering from the same problem. I try with different toothpastes to get rid of this, but none of them works out. Can any one suggest me a good brand?

Continue to follow proper brushing and flossing techniques to thoroughly clean all parts of your teeth and mouth. This will result in less toothbrush abrasion to the tooth surface and less irritation to your gums. Brush gently and carefully around the gum line so you do not remove more gum tissue.

Better you consultant a doctor rather pausing questions in forums. We can only give you aid but Doctors would give better solutions.
