Salt cleanses and is recommended by Dentist too. Just overdo it. It is not needed all day 12 months. Would recommend using a few days and giving it a rest.

Yes of course. My grandfather has used salt water to brush his teeth since childhood. He has strong and whitening teeth yet.

Yes indeed. It's a good medicine for your teeth. If you canw ash your teeth every morning with salt water it will protect your teeth whole day. It's a method of cure germs insdie your teeth.

Rinse mouth with Salt water is an excellent mouthwash and very inexpensive and is very good for oral health. A teasthingy mixed in a glass of warm water twice daily will help cleanse the mouth.

Salt is good for teeth. No need to do it every day, It has nothing to do with bacteria as far as I know.
