Hi everyone, Few days ago I read an article about salt water and the benefits, in that article I found some thing mentioned about salt water helps to maintain a healthy teeth and fresh berth. How far is this true? Are there any experts out there to explain?

Salt is good for teeth. No need to do it every day, Then it can harm. It has nothing to do with bacteria as far as I know.

Yes it is, but too much is good for nothing. So don't use them daily. Once a month is better as I know.

Somehow, I use them every morning as I brush my teeth. I put it on a water to wash away the germs, an alternative for mouthwash.

100% true. Salt water is best for wash teeth. My grandfather using salt water for brush him teeth. Actually he has nice healthy whitening teeth yet. He is 85 years old now.
