The only way you can be sure of what the problem is by visiting your dentist. In the meantime, try a sensitive toothpaste such as Sensodyne.

I would advise you to go with a brand that has "potassium nitrate" as the main active ingredient .It is the best for sensitive teeth.

It really depends on your teeth. It is better to consult a dentist for your tooth shivering and he would recommend a good tooth paste.

Oral-B is the best ever; it has extra fluoride and whitening capability in it.

I suggest colgate total and sensodyne both are best. When you are brushing your teeth brush it properly that’s the most important.

I prefer Sensodyne repair and protect its the best tooth paste nowadays in the market. It helps to protect our teeth and makes it white as well.

This may differ according to your requirements. If you do not have any special dental problems it is better to use a good branded toothpaste with fluoride. If you have sensitive teeth try Sensodyne. It works well.
