Hi guys,
I wanted to ask you guys what could possibly done for people with habits who bite their lips..thats an awful habit and its very ugly to see a person who has that habit..I have it so i want to know any suggestions or medications to help me get rid of this bad habit.. I have it since small.. so yeah its kinda weird for me..

Yes it is a very bad habit. Sometimes It seems ugly. You must drink lot of water. From that you can stop this bad habit.

Obviously it is a nasty habit. Different treatments are available in the market also you can chew something else such as gum or sugar free candy.

This is not a good habit. You have to avoid this. Yes, chewing gums or candy is a good solution for this.

I bit my lips every time I get nervous or uneasy, but it does not come to the point wherein the lips get bloody or wounded.

Yes, it is really a bad habit. You shouldn’t do that and you can have chewing gum instead of biting lips.

Yes I have seen some doing this. I think the only recommendation we can give is instead of lip they can bite a chewing gum. Also I have my own idea. That’s they could wear lipstick. So they might not bite their lip anymore. What do you think?

Apply a lip balm that has a bitter flavor and it time you will automatically stop it.
