My daughter recently went to dentist for her 6-monthly checkup, cleaning and flouride treatment. One of her milk tooth was loose and during the cleaning process it came out. The dentist has now billed for an extraction ! Is this fair ?

Thats not fair.. You should have asked why thats was charged... Because you can take legally actions towards these types of incidents..
