On her second visit to the dentist 6 cavities were found on my 3 year old daughter's molars. 4 can be filled with a white composite but I believe the plan is to go deep on 2 and silver fill and silver cap. Our denist is not planning on using any sedation at all and she will only receive novacaine.
I am very anxious about this visit!! She was nearly hysterical over the exam and I don't know how we will get through this 2 visit treatment.
Should I look into finding another dentist who supports some form of sedation?? Has anyone else been in this situtation?
I am also very unhappy about the silver caps. Is there any other succussful option out there?
Any advice??
