Hello, 2 weeks ago my 22month old fell and broke her front tooth. A huge chunk broke off. The next morning we went to our dentist who sent us to a pediatric dentist. He said that a bit of pulp is showing, but it does not affect her (she was drinking cold milk without pain). His two options were a cap, or bond. I got a 2nd opinion yesterday and that dentist said that the pink pulp was exposed and would get an infection if a baby root canal was not done. They would give her Versed. What to do?! How could 2 dentists give two different opinions like this?
